Each table comes with a table cloth, one chair and access to the venue at 08:30 before doors open to attendees.

If vendors require early set-up the day before (between 16:30 and 18:30), please contact us.

We allow two people per table and one additional person for extra tables who can attend as vendor (eg. 2 tables - three people). If you need further vendor tickets, they are available at £10 per person.

Full vendor information including timings and terms and conditions will be sent out two weeks prior to the show.
